Zander Diamond, Barry Nicholson and Ricky Foster were all substituted due to injury in yesterday's humiliating 5-1 defeat to Celtic at Pittodrie.
And Calderwood said after the game that Derek Young could "hardly walk" at the end, after he was involved in a collision but was unable to be substituted as the Dons had already made their three changes.
Nicholson was floored by a disgraceful and unpunished attack from Celtic's Paul Hartley, as Celtic proved that they still have the classic Old Firm mix of sublime talent like Aiden McGeady and hatchet men who get away with murder.
Calderwood said: "As far as injuries go it looks like Barry [Nicholson], [Ricky] Foster and [Derek] Young will all be major doubts but nothing is confirmed and we will just have to see how things work out throughout the week.
"It is like an emergency ward and it looks as if we could be missing quite a few of them on Thursday which is a concern."
With Aberdeen's squad decimated by injury and the sale of Russell Anderson, Michael Hart and Chris Clark this season, Sunday was the eighth time the Dons have lost three or more goals in a game this term.
Few would bet against it becoming nine on Thursday in a game that all Reds were celebrating in December but most are now dreading.
