ABERDEEN forward Mitch Megginson has been given the all-clear after a crunching tackle from Inverness hatchet man Ross Tokely saw the youngster stretchered off on Saturday.
Scans have confirmed that Megginson managed to avoid bone damage or a fracture to his ankle following the challenge.
Meanwhile fellow Dons starlet Peter Pawlett is not yet ready to return to full training, and may require minor surgery on the troublesome toe that has been keeping him out of action in recent weeks.
However winger Sone Aluko is continuing his rehabilitation and is could be ready to step up his training programme later this week.
But the club revealed on Saturday that new signing Nikola Vujadinovic has a torn hamstring and will be out for 4-6 weeks.
There is no further news on Aberdeen's other injured players, captain Paul Hartley and striker Andrius Velicka, who has yet to make an appearance for the Dons.
A message on RedWeb said: "Hopefully during the upcoming international break the treatment room will become less busy."
