The Dane, who added Frenchmen Laurent D'Jaffo, and Eric Deloumeaux to his squad in the last few days hopes his transfers budget will stretch to a 3rd player.
Ebbe also appealed to anyone who has not yet bought a season ticket to do so, to boost his hopes of landing another player.
He told the Press and Journal "Without naming any names, if I am allowed to take in a third player I would be delighted - then I would say we are there. We will be a strong force.
"Hopefully we can sell some more season tickets and that will finance me some more."
It is thought that the most likely target would be Paris St-Germain midfielder Nicolas Fabiano.
