ABERDEEN have been boosted by the new that talented trio Fraser Fyvie, Peter Pawlett and Sone Aluko will return to the squad to face St Mirren on Saturday.
Fyvie returned to full training this week after having two months out through injury, with a brief return as a sub at Parkhead at the beginning of the month proving to be too early.
He was joined on the training pitch by Pawlett, who missed last week's home defeat to Hibernian, while Aluko is expected to return to training today after several frustrating spells on the treatment table this season.
And with Lee Miller set to miss all the Dons festive fixtures, Dons gaffer Mark McGhee is delighted that the three have returned in time to offer him options in the attacking third.
He said: "We never looked like scoring against Hibs because we missed that something extra that Fyvie, Pawlett and Aluko provide.
"It’s clearly a boost to have them available for the trip to Paisley."
