Aberdeen Football Club is a step closer to approval for a new stadium after planners supported proposals.
However, they attached 36 conditions to the recommendation, which include no kick-offs on a weeknight before 7pm, no hot-food sales within 150 metres of residential areas and training pitches to be used only between 9am and 9pm.
The club must also comply with light pollution regulations and traffic management schemes. City councillors will make a decision on January 29 on the £50 million development at Kingsford.
Stewart Milne, the club chairman, said: “We are very pleased that the planners are recommending approval of our application for a community sports hub, training facilities and new stadium. This is welcome news for the club, our fans and wider community.”
