DONS boss Craig Brown is hoping to repay the loyal Aberdeen fans who were put through a torrid time in their Scottish Cup quarter-final tie at St Mirren on Saturday.
The Paisley side looked to heading for the semi-finals after Paul McGowan scored in the 77th minute.
Only a series of missed chances by Saints kept Aberdeen in the game before Rory McArdle equalised deep in to injury time to spark wild celebrations among the travelling support and set up a replay at Pittodrie on Wednesday night.
"We are looking forward to the second chance," the Dons boss told RedTV.
"We disappointed ourselves a bit in the second half on Saturday and we aim to please the 1,945 fans who travelled and the others who hopefully turn up to supports us.
"I keep commenting on it but it is quite a phenomenon to see the extent of the support. If ever a support group deserved success it is the Aberdeen fans. The response on Saturday was exceptional and probably more than we deserved."
