DONS loan striker Andrius Velicka has been shown the door by Craig Brown after a failed injury-interrupted time at Pittodrie.
The striker, who arrived at AFC as part of the loan swap deal that saw Richard Foster head to Ibrox, scored one goal for Aberdeen, ironically against tomorrow night's opponents Inverness Caley Thistle in another midweek game.
Velicka has been told he is surplus to requirements at AFC by new manager Brown, however the player will have to organise a transfer or find himself in limbo.
There is no change in the Foster arrangement, as the full-back will remain at Ibrox until the end of the season.
