Scott Vernon opened the scoring from the penalty spot after 18 minutes for the Dons, who host Spanish side Villarreal in their final friendly on Tuesday.
Ryan Jack added a second with 68 minutes on the clock before Robert Milsom rounded off the afternoon's scoring 10 minutes from time.
