The 22-year-old has become an important figure for the Dons in recent years, helping them to win the League Cup in 2014, as well as gain Europa League qualification.
According to Aberdeen Journals, both Serie A sides have been monitoring Jack’s progress and are pondering a move this summer, given his contract expires in June 2016.
Aberdeen have confirmed that no formal approach has been made, while they are also in talks to extend the player’s contract.
Jack has been a regular in the Dons’ side over the last five seasons, amassing over 160 appearances for the club, as well as 19 Scotland U21 caps.
