Robson surprised many when he arrived at the club last summer with his extraordinary stamina despite his 34 years.
This married with new manager Derek McInnes's belief in a super-fit squad, verified when he added Aberdeen's first-ever head of sports science, Graham Kirk, to his backroom team.
And Robson, now 35, believes that the fitness within the Pittodrie ranks will be vital to the Dons final push for second place in the Premiership and a cup double.
He said: "We have a lot of legs out there. We're fit and that makes me feel comfortable going into the split knowing we can go right to the end of the season.
"The battle for runners-up might go right to the last game against Motherwell, but if we can win some games before that, it might not.
"Motherwell are not going to go away. So it might go to the wire, but we're 100 percent prepared for that. We're as fit a side as any in the league.
"You can see the players are in tip-top shape," he added.
"Guys like Russell [Anderson] and myself at our age are still feeling fresh. That's credit to the staff for getting us in great shape.
"We are really confident as a team in how fit we are. We have youth in there and experience, we have a great mix.
"I'm very confident for us going into the last six with the pace, power and fitness that we have got."
