The Dons are unbeaten in six games since back-to-back losses against Celtic and Hearts.
In the last month the Reds have beaten Partick and league leaders Inverness, and progressed to the League Cup quarter-finals at the expense of Alloa and Falkirk.
Reynolds said: "There is a buzz about the changing room.
"Everything is now starting to come together, everyone is starting to bond. Teams are struggling to score against us.
"At the other end it is good everyone is chipping in with goals and we are not just relying on one player.
"Last season if Niall [McGinn] did not score we were not winning games. Certainly this year we are creating a lot more chances and we are now taking those chances."
