ABERDEEN will face Dunfermline Athletic in the Homecoming Scottish Cup after both teams won their respective fifth-round ties last night.
And cheeky Dons boss Jimmy Calderwood believes he may come in for some stick when he returns to East End Park.
But he is also aware that he has unfinished business in the Scottish Cup after last season's semi-final humiliation.
Caldo quipped: "I'm sure I will get a warm welcome when I return to Dunfermline.
"If we can win at Dunfermline then we are back into the semi-finals and hopefully we won't make a mess of it as we did last year."
Big Jimmy was pleased with the Dons players' professional performance last night, who still had a job to do against their lower league opposition who had their 'keeper sent off after 3 minutes.
He said: "It was a wonderful night and great to see Tommy coming on and getting his first goal and Vidal, even though he's not our player, took his goal very calmly and looked extremely confident in midfield.
"I was a bit shocked that Chris ["Phil 'Bebo' McGuire" Maguire] missed the easiest out of the lot of [his chances] with his quality. The second one he scored shows what he is capable of.
"Another positive was that we were able to give young Paton, and Pawlett his first team debut and this also gave the crowd a chance to see the youth coming through."
