The SFA confirmed that Reynolds and Pawlett, who have both represented Scotland at U21 level, have been called up for the game at Craven Cottage on May 28 following impressive seasons for the Dons.
Defender Reynolds was recently named Aberdeen's player of the year, while midfielder Pawlett enjoyed the best season of his career as he netted seven goals in 42 appearances.
Dons boss Derek McInnes told the club's official website RedWeb: "I'm delighted for both boys and it'll be a great boost to them as well as an indication as to how much they have improved as players.
"I'm sure they'll go on to do well and I'm confident this will be the first of many call-ups for both Mark and Peter."
Gordon Strachan's plans have been disrupted by a spate of withdrawals, with Wigan pair James McArthur and Gary Caldwell ruled out along with Manchester United's Darren Fletcher and Graham Dorrans of West Brom.
