Hammell To Sign

Aberdeen-Mad can reveal that Motherwell full-back Steven Hammell will sign a contract with Aberdeen at the end of June.

The player will move on a Bosman as his contract runs out this summer.

Hammell spent a number of weeks weighing up his options before deciding to plump for the Dons.

All that stands in the way of the deal is the player's agent, who it is understood is desperate to find more cash from an English lower-league club.
