Aberdeen FC has joined forces with the local emergency services and the blood transfusion service before Saturday's match with Inverness Caley Thistle.
The pre-match event is designed to help raise awareness of the valuable work they carry out in our local community.
The day has been designed for the entire family and offers children, parents and supporters the opportunity to meet their 'off the pitch' heroes from the Grampian Fire Brigade, Grampian Police Force and Scottish Blood Transfusion Service.
A Pittodrie spokesman said: "The fun will begin at 2.00pm and will give families of all ages the opportunity to see the emergency services in action.
"The Grampian Road Safety Team vehicles and a fire appliance will be on display on the RDS concourse so get down early and take part in the various activities on offer.
"Grampian Fire and Rescue Service (GFRS) Cadets will also be handing out forms offering supporters the chance to arrange a free home fire safety visit.
"Our official radio partners, Northsound 1 and 2, will have their street team on hand giving out freebies to all fans.
"Angus the Bull will be there as well so remember your autograph book!"
There is no news whether the emergency services will be available afterwards for if the fans are feeling suicidal...
