DONS captain Paul Hartley could be fit for Sunday’s Scottish Cup semi-final against Celtic.
The midfield dynamo is likely to make the squad for the season-defining fixture, but whether he will make the starting line-up will depend on his showing at training today and tomorrow.
But there is no doubt that El Capitano will be chomping at the bit to feature in the game which could see him lead the Dons to their first Scottish Cup final in 11 years.
Dons boss Craig Brown said: "It’s great to have Paul back pushing to be involved on Sunday. It’s now up to him to convince us he is fit enough to play in such an important game."
