ABERDEEN'S new management team are off to a flying start with six points in three days thanks to a dramatic late winner from Scott Vernon.
The unusual 3 o'clock midweek kick-off at New Douglas Park was a winner with the fans, as Hamilton registered their third-largest attendance of the season so far.
And the large travelling Dons support were sent into delirium when Sunday's matchwinner Vernon popped up at the end of a scrappy game to snatch the three points for the Dons.
It is a dream start for the new management team of Craig Brown and Archie Knox who have now taken the Dons from the very foot of the SPL to 10th, six points clear of the bottom spot, in the space of 72 hours.
