ABERDEEN have confirmed they will be playing a friendly in Dublin against old UEFA Cup foes Bohemians in February.

The match, at Dalymount Park, will kick-off at 7-45pm on Friday 23rd February, the weekend of the Tennent's Scottish Cup quarter finals.

The Dons were knocked out of the UEFA Cup in 2000 by Bohs on away goals, but many of the Dons supporters fondly look back on the trip to Dublin, where the team won 1-0. If they can remember it.

For those wishing to travel to the game, please note the Aberdeen supporters area is all ticket and tickets will only be available from the Pittodrie Ticket office. Aberdeen fans will be unable to purchase tickets in Dublin.

Ross bagged a poacher's goal after only three minutes, then on the hour Chris 'Phil' Maguire crossed for the striker to volley home his second.

Ross completed his debut hat-trick with four minutes to go with a strike from 20 yards out.
