ABERDEEN are set to have an emotional reunion with former fans' favourite Dean Windass, as they line up against Hull City for his testimonial.
The Dons will play Premiership club Hull at the KC Stadium on Sunday 9th August - a week before the new season kicks off against Celtic.
Deano, who scored the goal that took City to the Premiership just over a year ago, was recently confirmed as assistant manager to Colin Todd at Darlington, and retains close ties with the Granite City, visiting regularly.
He scored 29 goals in 92 appearances with the Dons, and infamously picked up three red cards in one game at Tannadice - Roy A*tken's last in charge at the club.
Prices for the match are £15 for adults and £10 for concessions, and it has a 3pm kick-off.
