The striker - who scored twice and set up the other in Aberdeen's 3-1 win at Hibs on Saturday - is the only Dons player to make the squad.
'Bebo' has been called up for two previous squads, making his debut in the Scots' 3-0 Nations Cup victory over Northern Ireland in February and sitting on the Emirates Stadium bench during the game against Brazil.
Maguire is currently mulling over a new contract with the Dons, but is thought to be attracting interest from clubs south of the border.
It is believed that a sticking point for Maguire is the length of the deal - the club offering a three-year contract while the player only wants to sign for two years.
However Dons boss Craig Brown has repeatedly stated that he is desperate to keep the talented youngster at Pittodrie.
Scotland will play Wales and the Republic of Ireland on May 25th and 29th.
