Anderson is nearing a return, but Robertson is a longer-term absentee.
Defender Craig Reid and forward Lee Erwin are available for Motherwell after illness forced them out of the defeat by Dundee.
Full-back Steven Hammell is free of injury, but midfielder Paul Lawson, defender Adam Cummins and forward Craig Moore remain sidelined through injury.
Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes said: "Motherwell have shown a real consistency over the last few seasons that's allowed them to be up there in the league.
"It hasn't been the case so far this season, but there's still a good squad of players there and still a lot of the same squad that's served them well.
"Their fortunes will probably change at some point, but we are not too interested in that from our point of view as we just want to get back to winning ways after last weekend.
"Hamilton have been beating everybody they come across and we knew we needed a strong performance and the performance wasn't good enough.
"But we've had one defeat in the last six - four wins, a draw and a defeat. That level of form will serve us well, so there is no huge panic.
"However, there is a recognition that we have lost more goals than last season - and it's not just down to one or two players - and we have to get back to being solid.
"Even when Russell Anderson was in the team, we lost a couple of sloppy goals.
"Russell's an important player, but we are more than good enough to do better than we have in recent weeks."
