ABERDEEN gaffer Craig Brown was critical of Aberdeen's performance despite watching his side post a 2-0 win over 10-man Inverness in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League.
Inverness central defender Grant Munro was shown a straight red card in the 18th minute following an off-the-ball incident before goals in either half by Ryan Jack and on-loan Blackburn striker Nick Blackman completed the victory.
It was a fourth win in six SPL games for Aberdeen but Brown was nevertheless unhappy with the display from his players and told them so in the dressing room afterwards.
"We got the three points but we've got to be honest and say we were fortunate," he said. "There was not much to commend in our display and I felt sorry for our fans who had to endure that.
"We scored two good goals but other than that I was really disappointed with Aberdeen. I had a go at them in the dressing room and left them in no doubt as to what I thought of the performance.
"I felt sorry for Inverness because I don't think they would have lost had they not had the player sent off."
