ABERDEEN
The remainder of October provides Mark McGhee with his sternest challenge yet as Dons boss. Our next three fixtures are against the teams most likely to compete with us for Euro places at the end of the season.
McGhee has put a lot of work in to strengthening the club's relationship with disenfranchised fans and his use of the press has been a breath of fresh air, as most recently seen with his articulate dismissal of the Old Firm's latest cheap flirtations with the EPL. We need to see improvements on the park though, particularly from our forwards, and the upcoming games against Hearts, United and Hibs provide the perfect platform to achieve this.
Hopefully the international break has allowed for extra shooting practice down at Pittodrie.
