ABERDEEN
IF ONLY Aberdeen had been worth their salt this season. We'd be in pole position for third as United and Hibs begin their annual slide after flattering to deceive.
How the Jutes must be kicking themselves. Anyone who witnessed Saturday's 2-2 draw must have wondered how on earth they let an early two-goal lead slip. Their cause wasn't helped by the steely contributions of Tannadump old boys Kerr and Duff.
With flak flying from left, right and centre, the under-fire Dons somehow rallied, much to the amazement of their entertainment-starved supporters who were absorbed right until the final whistle. And no doubt much to the chagrin of those who saw fit to leave after 20 minutes ... and the United fans.
By the way, foul-all-day carthorse Kenneth worthy of the Scotland squad? Get a grip, Sir Craig Levein.
