Dons Sign Young Faroese Defender

ABERDEEN have signed Faroe Islands U19 captain Rogvi Holm on a one-year youth contract.

The central defender impressed the Dons management team on a recent trial at the club.

Holm joins compatriots Gilli Sorensen,astriker, and midfielder Hallur Hansson, who joined the Dons U19 side from Faroese team HB Torshavn last month.

Holm made his debut in tonight's friendly with Fraserburgh.
