Diamonds Are Forever
The passionate 21-year-old burst into the Dons first team in 2004 and had an immediate impact, winning two SPL Young Player of the Month awards in his first year.
He became a regular in the Scotland Under-21 side and has captained them on a number of occasions.
But he has made just seven first team appearances this season as he has battled against a groin injury and loss of form.
Diamond told the Evening Express: "I don't know anything about the stories and haven't heard from my agent so as far as I'm concerned it's just speculation.
"I've still got 18 months left on my contract at Aberdeen and I'm happy to stay at the club and intend to fight for a place.
"The club is moving in the right direction so why would I want to move on?"
Dons boss Jimmy Calderwood said: "All the reports linking Zander with a move to either Motherwell or Falkirk are garbage.
"He's going nowhere and I want to keep him here at Pittodrie. Zander was magnificent during my first season in charge.
"Unfortunately he made a few mistakes that were punished heavily but I know he's a very good player.
"He's just been unlucky with injuries this season while other guys like Andrew Considine have really emerged and he just has to be patient."
