TEENAGER Dyon Camero is determined to impress Jimmy Calderwood and win a deal with Aberdeen after joining their pre-season training camp in the Netherlands.
The 19-year-old striker from FC Zutphen had a short trial at Pittodrie last season and is hoping to finally win a move after featuring as a trialist in the final five minutes of Sunday's 2-1 defeat against FC Zwolle.
He told RedTV: "I'm here until the last game against Go Ahead Eagles and then I'm hoping to join.
"I was here for a short trial and it was okay, I think the coach was satisfied so I'm glad to be back again.
"I want to play as much as I can. My condition isn't ready for all games but I'm hoping to get there in this training camp."
Camero prefers to play as a striker but can also slot into the left wing or centre midfield.
The Dons next game of their pre-season tour is on Wednesday against Dutch Eredivisie side Vitesse Arnhem.
The game will take place at RKSV Driel, and kick-off is at 6pm UK time.
