RANGERS fraud Kyle Lafferty must be booted out of Scottish football after a shocking act of cheating to get a fellow professional sent off.
The flop forward, who has made only 13 appearances for the Ibrox club after a multi-million pound move, shamed Scottish football by moving his head towards Charlie Mulgrew's then throwing himself to the floor as if headbutted.
Mulgrew was sent off by referee Stuart Dougal, in his last game as a match official, despite television replays clearly showing that Lafferty had cheated and his assistant being mere feet away from the shameful play-acting.
In another shocking incident in the same match, Madjid Bougherra was sent off for a studs-high challenge into Dons keeper Jamie Langfield's face.
Bougherra was applauded off the pitch by the sick Rangers supporters as if he had done nothing wrong, with the fans then chanting "Who's the fenian in the black" - a clear violation of Scottish football's anti-sectarian rules.
The disgusting scenes from Rangers' players and fans alike cast a shadow over the game, which ended 2-1.
And now Scottish football supporters await what punishment will be handed out to Lafferty for clearly bringing the game into disrepute.
If no serious sanctions are taken against the player - and Aberdeen-Mad believes he should never play in this country again - then it could have a devastating effect on the sport in this country, as it will prove the authorities have no control over those who break the rules.
